Determination of building energy consumption baseline in campus buildings

Analyses the data characteristics of campus buildings electricity, chilled water and total energy consumption from 2010 to 2014 in Guangzhou University. According to buildings electricity consumption, chilled water consumption and total energy consumption data, divides the campus buildings into four classes of A，B，C and D by inter quartiles rating and cluster rating. Class A is defined as the lowest energy consumption building. Class B and C are defined as medium energy consumption buildings while Class D is the highest energy consumption building. Using the two methods, compares the correspondingly high energy consumption and low energy consumption baselines.
